Alternative Breakfasts

I have always been obsessed with eating breakfasts that are outside the norm a little bit. Today is my post about alternative breakfasts that I have been eating. (they seem like classics to me!)

Sushi Nori Eggs & Potatoes:
-Sautee potatoes(I used purple imo) until they are almost cooked, add sushi nori, dash of salt, coriander, some pepper & cayenne. Set that simmer a bit, then add eggs when the mixture is almost done, so you can sync up the two items. Walla! The cooked sushi nori will absorb all the flavors and be really succulent. You can also add garlic if you please

Wasabi Potatoes:
-This is like a pretty simple dish. I use Gold's Wasabi sauce, it is pretty amazing. Slice up potatoes(preferably white or brown) into thin slices, kinda like home fries. Slice up some garlic as well, as you please. Dump them in a pan and simmer until golden brown. Don't forget to add a dash of sea-salt. When everything is said and done, add the wasabi sauce and allow it to cook a little bit into the pan. walla! You are done! Some people might want to use a mayonnaise & pepper dip with this dish also. This is really a lunch dish, because of the wasabi but, you might try it for breakfast if you are brave..or desperate.

Sweet Potatoes and Smoked Salmon.
-Well, this is another dish that is really more of a lunch dish but...ah well. This dish is very simple, similar to the above. Slice up your sweet potatoes, sauté until golden brown. You are done! Add smoked salmon and, I like to eat with a lemony-mayo.
